Craig McMahon

Chief Executive Officer

Craig has been immersed in the worlds of theatrical and film production and finance since the early 2000s, garnering his vast knowledge of the nuts and bolts of film production at Village Roadshow on major blockbusters such as Peter Pan directed by P.J. Hogan and House of Wax.

 

His success on both sides of the finance equation gives him a uniquely holistic approach. Craig most recently served as executive producer on George Miller's Three Thousand Years of Longing, and he is currently producing the Robbie Williams biopic Better Man directed by Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman).  Better Man has the highest independently-financed budget of all time for an Australian feature film production.

 

Craig’s other credits include funding 2067 currently available on Netflix, Blacklight (starring Liam Neeson) and the Australian comedy smash, Never Too Late.

Dragan Savic

Chief Financial Officer

Dragan Savic brings major studio experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer

at Forte Corp Holdings.

Dragan held senior positions in banking and financial entities including Westpac and Deloitte in Perth, Western Australia before moving to London where he joined NBCUniversal as Financial Accounting Consultant.

Returning to Australia in 2016, he joined Warner Bros. International Television Production Australia where in 2019 he was appointed Head of Finance.

Dragan is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia.

Charles Auty

Chief Commercial Officer

An industry veteran and prolific ‘dealmaker’, Charles’ career includes over a decade at Ingenious Media, with five years as Managing Director of their USD 500 million independent film fund.

 

Starting out by establishing one of the first digital post-production houses in London, Charles then qualified and worked as a lawyer before moving to fund management and deal-making at Ingenious Media.

 

Having successfully financed hundreds of films, he is known for being highly skilled in finding creative and expedient ways of closing deals. Independent financing credits include, War With Grandpa starring Robert De Niro, Terminal starring Margot Robbie, High Rise with Tom Hiddleston, and Oscar® nominated films, Carol starring Cate Blanchett and Brooklyn starring Saoirse Ronan.

Ted Cawrey

Chief Operating Officer

Before becoming COO, Ted had an illustrious legal career in media finance.

 

After almost a decade at London’s leading media law firm Olswang, Ted led an 18- strong team of specialist media finance lawyers at Ingenious Media.

 

He advised on the financing of hundreds of film and television productions, as well as the set up, governance and operation of numerous film and TV finance funds. Ted has built a strong international reputation for being a successful solution- focused negotiator.

 

He has worked on a huge array of studio and independent films including the Planet of the Apes franchise, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, The Dressmaker, multiple Oscar® winner Slumdog Millionaire, National Treasure : Book of Secrets and Selma.
